The West Virginia Developmental Disabilities Council was founded to assure that West Virginia citizens with developmental disabilities receive the services, supports, and other forms of assistance they need to exercise self-determination and achieve independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community.

**Notice Grant Funds Available for FY 2009**
The WV Developmental Disabilities Council is announcing that it will support stipends for State-wide conferences from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009.
